We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Front of House Manager, your primary responsibility is to our customers, ensuring that every guest is taken care of like family.

JOB DUTIES:
- Manage and oversee the FOH restaurant operations during your shifts
- Deliver exceptional guest services
- Ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist in developing and executing the restaurant marketing strategy
- Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Manage and lead staff
- Develop and train hourly staff in sales techniques, product knowledge, and service standards.
- Assist management team in controlling costs
- Create and nurture a positive working environment
- Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity, sales, and guest experience.
- Inventory and order product
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Ideally, 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or extensive fine dining service/bartending experience
- Extensive food, wine and beverage knowledge
- Computer literacy including POS systems, accounting software, excel, and word documents
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
- Good financial management skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills

Compensation: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
